As the president of the Hempstead Teaching Assistant Association (HTAA), my passion lies in being a strong advocate for my fellow teaching assistants and ensuring their voices are represented and respected. I am driven by a commitment to support, uplift, and protect the rights of our members, working tirelessly to foster an environment of fairness, unity, and professional growth. My goal is to strengthen our collective impact, not only in securing better conditions for each individual but also in building a culture of respect and collaboration throughout our district. Leading HTAA is more than a role for me; it’s a calling to serve, empower, and make a lasting difference in our school community.
